If approved, we will provide a wholesale login where you can see wholesale pricing and order directly through our website.

After submitting this form:
We will review your application within 1–3 business days.
Approved accounts will receive a login email with wholesale access.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1. Wholesale accounts are issued only to verified brick-and-mortar retail businesses.
We currently do not accept:

• Online-only shops
• Marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, etc.)
• Facebook / Instagram-only sellers
• Dropshipping operations
• Mobile-only, pop-up-only, or temporary sellers
  

1.2. All applicants must submit:

• A valid resale certificate or retail sales tax ID
  
• A business EIN
  
• A physical retail address
  

1.3. Approval is granted at our sole discretion.

2. Wholesale Pricing

2.1. Approved wholesalers will receive access to wholesale pricing via a secure login.
2.2. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
2.3. Wholesale pricing must remain confidential and may not be publicly shared.

3. Returns & Damages

3.1. Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3.2. Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos.
3.3. Only defective or incorrect items will be replaced or credited.

4. Retail Pricing (MSRP)

4.1. We may provide MSRP guidelines for your reference.
4.2. Retail partners may not sell below our published MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), if applicable.
4.3. Excessive discounting or price undercutting may result in account termination.

5. Online Sales Restrictions

5.1. Wholesale customers may not sell our products on:

• Amazon
  
• eBay
  
• Walmart Marketplace
  
• Etsy
  
• Facebook Marketplace
  
• TikTok Shop
  
• Any third-party fulfillment model (dropshipping, FBA, etc.)
  

5.2. Sales through your own website are permitted only if you operate a physical, brick-and-mortar retail location.

6. Brand Representation

6.1. You agree to accurately represent our products in store and online.
6.2. You may not alter, repackage, or white-label our products.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access for any of the following:

• Violating online sales restrictions
  
• Selling below MAP (if applicable)
  
• Sharing wholesale pricing publicly
  
• Operating without an approved brick-and-mortar store
  
• Failure to pay invoices on time
  
• Misrepresenting your business
  

We may revoke wholesale access at any time, with or without cause.

8. Confidentiality

Wholesale login details, pricing, discount structures, price lists, catalogs, and product information are confidential and may not be shared with anyone outside your business.

9. Agreement

By applying for a wholesale account and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
