Eligibility Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, and sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Include photos of the damage or incorrect item for quicker resolution.
